DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Dog-e-style is able to ship within New Zealand and internationally.
Shipping within New Zealand:
Postage of our product is done using NZ Post (for smaller items) as we live rurally and can process it faster. An additional charge of $1.50 for tracked is charged for residential addresses. If rural then $1.50 tracked and $2.80 rural should be added.
During the extremely busy winter period we use Pass The Parcel. Their depot is an hours return trip and we attempt to get in three times a week. Please allow up to three working days for delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit and, after investigation not found, we will replace the product.

International Shipping Costs
Please email Roger at [email protected] advising the product you are interested in and address for delivery. International Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when advising shipping costs. International shipping will be done to ensure the parcel is tracked. If a parcel is lost in the post and after investigation not found we will replace the product.
DAMAGED GOODS:
All orders are sent securely packaged. If your goods arrive damaged we will refund you providing the goods are returned within 10 days of receipt. If the damage appears to be caused by rough handling during transit, compensation should be sought from NZ Post.
RETURNS
Dog-e-Style will not accept liability if your return is damaged or goes missing. We will only refund postage costs when the return is the result of our error. Should any product be found to be defective due to poor manufacturing Dog E Style Ltd offer a full refund of the cost of that particular item, excluding postage, or alternatively a replacement product.
Dog E Style Ltd is not responsible for a refund when the wrong measurements are given.
GUARANTEE:
If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you may return them within 10 days of receipt of the order, provided they are in original condition and packaging. A replacement product or refund of purchase price less delivery costs, will be sent to you.
PRIVACY NOTICE:
Privacy details will not be disclosed, sold, leased to any other parties and will not be used for any other purpose other than processing your order and keeping you informed of what is available on this site.
